We’ve been conducting user studies since before the term “UX” was coined.
Our passion with user experience began prior to people using “UX” to represent the field of study.
Usability has grown quite a bit over the last 2 decades and we have been there throughout the evolution of the practice.
Our founder cut his teeth working in the usability labs at Microsoft prior working for companies like T-Mobile, Amazon, Disney and more.
Our industry knowledge of usability is one that has grown through hands on practice and over two years of study. It is fair to say that usability is factored into project we do.

After the failed AT&T merger attempt with T-Mobile in 2011-12, I was asked to lead the re-design of the online store based on some the UX designs I had shared with the executives

While studying Italian, our founder discovered that online translators typically failed when it came to accounting for grammatical gender structure in a language. He decided to propose some design modifications that were aimed at improving the accuracy of the translation.
This concept shows the process we took to determine a solution that would better serve the product.

This project involved an exploration and redesign of the existing testing platform Disney had created to allow their child companies to test products prior to rollout.
This was a personal project that the founder took on while working with Disney. Unfortunately, he has moved on to another opportunity prior to the implementation of the solution he created. However, his supervisors were so impressed with the design that they asked that he return to present his findings as the official entry from the Disney company for World Usability Day.

After launching this company called TireBuyer and spending the next 5 years as their Sr UX Architect, I left to start my own company… TireBuyer was one of our very first clients.

In 2014 I launched a web tool kit that was designed to help musicians and artists find, book, and promote their tour.

When we met these folks in Upstate New York, they had a static website that mentioned that they had a store in Lowville NY and that they sometimes did BBQ lunches in the Summer.
We helped them grow their audience and offer national shipping and local “Buy Online for in store pick-up”
